Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

I'm not a professional writer but I do enjoy writing. My favorite author is Dean Koontz, which would explain my dark humor.

I'm debating whether or not to start a writers blog where aspiring writers of all genres can submit their work. I envision it as a place where we can be creative and get positive feedback as well as just a thumbs up for our artwork.

If given the opportunity to post your novels, poems, songs, journal entries and works of written art, would you?

Hey I would!
I'm in my 40's now and always saw myself at this age..writing and publishing. I have already been published earlier this year in a collection of Poems of Aspiring writers from all over North America.

How about topics..or fun exercises and see what people come up with...even a begining line to start with...

This would be soooo much fun!

That's fantastic that you've already been published!

Ok, here's a quick starter exercise... Use the following words in a short story of no more than 3 paragraphs.
-Feather
-Rage
-Mirror
-Sour

Anyone is welcome to participate. I'm excited to see what you come up with!

Sounds like a wonderful idea.

I'm no writer but I do like to read all kinds of books and would be willing to give my opinion to the writer's hopefuls.
