Anyone used eastbay?

My Husband orders his shoes from eastbay....Last week before he sent his order in he wanted me to check online to make sure they had his size in the shoe he was goin to order, so I do and the site said the did...so my baby sends his order in...well today when he calls he said eastbay sent him something saying they were out of his size???...but when I checked, they had his size???WTH?..I get back online an there it says they have his size??..confused??...I'm not really sure what I do now??...
Has anyone else used eastbay and had issues?

I've shopped Eastbay for about 15 years now. It's been heaven sent because I wear 11M and it's very difficult for me to find any shoes in my size in-store. Could you not place the order through his account online for him, since you're seeing different information?
