My boyfriend was just transferred there and I went to visit yesterday, it was very simple and laid back. I am no help in car pooling because I live here but if you ever come down, let me know and will show you around.

Its a really nice place to live, Ive been here all my life. It isnt too expensive and yes I am so glad he is just right down the road. It definitely beats the drive to Tucson. Hang in there and Oct will be here before you know it.

Right now we only have 4 hrs a weekend because he is Phase 1 but I will take that. I pray that he will stay here for awhile, after him only being here 2 weekends, Im spoiled.

I go to Yuma every chance I get. My man is in LaPaz Unit and he is a Phase II. He is able to visit a total of 12 hours. 3 - 4 hour blocks. I don't always go for the entire 12 hours, but when I go I do like to stay at least 8 hours (1 day visit) sometimes I may spend the night and visit the other 4 hours. Let me know when you were thinking about going When I do go, I usually leave Phoenix at 3:30 am. It doesn't take 4 hours but I like to be early just in case there is any mishaps.
