Worked legs and booty today. Oh y'all I sinned...I went out with my best friend and her hubby for their anniversary and I ate my face off!! Oh well, just means extra work this week lol. At least I didn't eat dessert!

Now that I've spoken to my love. I am going to drink my shakeology, go for a run and come home to do some brazil butt lift.

No more excuses. No more oh I'll start Monday. I'm starting now and not stopping! I got goals to reach!

I an working to lose 68 lbs.
I went from 220 to 180 but in Gained weight back so I gotta get back at it

Between body by vi, clean eating, insanity and an hour of cardio additional a day I know I will reach my goal

My husband is super fit and tries to hellp me but he can be an aas about it lol...

It's my day off but as you know I celebrated with friends so I ended up eating a little more than my allowed calories lmbo so I'm getting an extra workout today. Hope you all had a great weekend!!

Happy Sunday everyone!!!! Today I worked out for an hour this morning. Did a workout called Steady State Cardio with Jill Colman. Have not done that workout in awhile. Totally feel it today!!!

Tomorrow starts my new 6am workout routine. I know I'll be using some E&E the first few days. But look forward to managing my time each day better then I have been. And working out in the morning will give me more time at night for other things.

Ok so I Finally got to working out at 6:30! Feeling really great!! Bum bum and tummy tuck of brazil butt lift. Tonight I'll go for my week 3 day 2 5k training.

I did glutes and shouldes last night at the gym, this morning I only ran about 3.5 miles cuz my legs were still burning from last night

I weigh in tonight, I hope it goes well! I've been doing my shakes and working out... Although before visit this past weekend we went to golden coral and I had my way with the buffet hahaha. I also went to the county fair and drank and had cheese curds (have you ever had those?? You are missing out if not!!!)
Haha summer sucks but for the most part I am doing good.

I have no idea what a cheese curd is.........gonna have to check it out.

I have slacked off on the shakes cuz I am at my ky house ( me and hub have 2 houses one my son is renting) cuz my sons car died and there is no way for him to get to work by bus so I have been here driving him back and forth to work, however this is the last day I have to do that so I can get back into my healthy eating and my shakes tomorrow thank god although I have still been working out...

I love golden corral lol I call it the feeding trouth..........I went last month and did good just had steak and salad and fruit but its hard to go there and not have that chocolate fountain and cotton candy

Today is booty day and I had a run planned but the bottom fell out and doesn't look like it's gonna slack up any time soon so treadmill it is.

Hey ladies. Oh man its been a very busy week but I've been up at 3:45 every morning this week getting my full body workout on. Needless to say come the evening I feel like a walking Zombie but its worth it I was down another three pounds so total weight loss is 68 pounds.

Hello ladies!
NiceNJazzy, it's great to see this thread!! I saw a documentary called "Sick Fat & Nearly Dead & I was amazed @ by this story. In short, I did the juicing with only fruits & veggie's for ten days! It really felt good and clean ;~) now that I am chewing again it feels so different. I'm sticking to fruits, nuts, veggie's and researching other things I can eat to get my full protein intake. I'm hoping this will stick until the end of August. Also recommend a site called MyFitnessPal it keeps track of your calories & has a lot of other great stuff in it!

Week 3 day 2 vouch to 5k training in the books. Best time and distance yet! So proud. Tonight I'll get in my brazil butt lift hour workout since I woke up late due to some awful dreams last night but still for my run in!!!

Yeahhhh, I like the banana pudding and the brownie with ice cream hahaha... Terrible but hey, I still lost 2.4 pounds this week even with my naughty weekend, so I will take it!
I'm also selling that Herbalife stuff now and I am really excited. I have already made some sales... I'm excited to try the other products... I wasn't expecting to actually sell it, I just wanted the discount... But hey, it seems to be working(plus hard work), so why not spread a good thing.

shredded chest and back last night............today I ran wth my sister in law just 3 miles then tonight I am going back to the nature center ( where I hit my head on that tree hehehe) with hubby to run.

tomorrow is my fav workout legs and arms hell yea

Got up at 7:30, had some fruit salad for breakfast. Went for my week 3 day 3 couch to 5k run and felt amazing. Had my shakeology for lunch. Now spending the day with my oldest godson for his birthday.

Today was my rest day. But found out my love is being moved tomorrow. I'm a nervous freaking wreck and this just gives me even more motivation to keep working out and staying as busy as possible. But I'm super excited to finally feel his touch after for the first time!!!
