Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

I want to know why an inmate must serve 85% of his time also. My son goes on Jan. 3 to self surrender in Lexington, Kentucky at the medical center. (I don't know why they put him there except that is 1 1/2 hours from home.) But why can't he get out for good behavior sooner.
