I read the article and it made me sad. I know everyone has to deal with the consequences of the choices they make in life, but when is the ones that brought us on this Earth held accountable for us. Like I understand that people can take a bad hand dealt and turn it in to a winning hand but what about the ones that can't. RIP you are back home now with our creator that loves you. May your family find peace.

R.I.P. Yokamon Leanel Hearn (8 November 1978 to 18 July 2012). You should have been spared as soon as your problems with functioning in society became clear (due to Foetal Alcohol Syndrome).
