I tried to call and wanted find out about in what for facility (A,B,C,D...and what for P.O Box), he is but I heared the mail box only. I am from Germany. I cannot so good understand english at phone. I wanted him write a letter. My question is if I can send the letter to the Staff mailing adress and they send it forward to him? I dont know if it is correct so?

Go to this website and enter his name or his CDC number and it will give you the mailing address for that facility. As long as you include his CDC number on the envelope with that address it will get to your friend. Hope that helped.

It will, it just might take a little bit longer. But once he writes back you'll have his housing numbers and youll be good.

You can call the facility and speak to Records (usually it's one of the options the recorded message provides for you to choose from) and ask for his housing information; this way you will get his exact mailing address.

Sorry to hear that happened. Was he attacked and injured at Corcoran and then transferred to Stockton because he was injured?

Stockton is a medical facility. It is nice facility. It is less violent than almost any other prison because many inmates are older or have medical problems. I hope he is able to stay after his injuries heal. A much better place than Corcoran.

I need Information and would be glad when anybody give reply: My Question:
Is that true that in the Mental Facility in Stockton is not allowed for an inmate to have pen, pencils nor paper and no communication to outside with friends? I have heard from somebody that my friend is problably in the mental facility and since he is in Stockton I have heard nothing more from him. Not any letter have I received. I wrote him a letter to "facility A" ago 4 weeks because I hope that the wardens give him the letter to the real housing number where he is now. Because I donīt even know the number of the mental facility? I donīt know nothing since he is transfered from Corcoran to Stockton. Can he receive letters from me and others or not?
