Default So lost on what to do....

My love one is incarcerated in Washington, Ft Lewis McCord. It's been 4 months since I got to talk to him. I tried to set up phone calls but the company GTL ConnectNetwork is telling me they don't provide service to this facility but my love one is saying they do. Any help would be appreciated. I'm at my wits end. I've been searching the internet like crazy and hopefully someone here can give me some answers.
My love one has been in since March and has only written 4 times so I'm guessing they can only send out letters once a month?
Please any information would be helpful.

I'm sorry you are having a difficult time with communication with him. My husband is in California and he gets to write a free letter or two a week I think. Are you able to put money on his books to buy writing supplies?

I'm having trouble with that also. Everything is done online but the website he gave me isn't providing me anything. I've called the number for customer service and they tell me they don't provide service to the facility. Maybe mailing a money order is my best shot? Even that it says to provide an id number. I don't have that. The letters he sends only has his name, box number and city and state.

Hi Ladies if your husbands/BF/brother whatever is in a Military Prison you need to find Marilyn Curtis on FB she works with a group on there that has or gets any info needed for Military Inmates.
The website is connectnetwork and they also have an app. If it's giving you problems select your state pick any facility and add money. The calls will from through even if you put in the wrong place. McCord maybe called something else. As my son is in JRCF it doesn't list that but list Ft. Leavenworth. Calls still come through.
Find Marilyn she will point you in the right direction to help stop child support on his behalf and how to upgrade his discharge along with maybe applying for disability.
