Passes home?

how do inmates get passes home? and is it only at certain places or if they have done so much time? my fiance is doing a split sentence at draper....

inmates don't get passes home unless they are in work release

They have to be in for at least 90 days, then they have to turn in a form to be approve, if approved they start the passes out in 4hr time spans(8 to complete) then 8 hrs(8 to complete) then your 24, 48, 32, and 72 hours passes are granted in that order

Im knew to this. My boyfriend is in Elba Work release he is employed outside the prison. Does anyone know if and how he can earn passes home? Thank yall for any information
