Default One dead after USP Coleman Riot

Here is the Villages-news.com article about the November 10, 2019 gang/race riot at USP Coleman that killed one inmate.
https://www.villages-news.com/2019/1...-the-villages/

"Authorities reported that the fight between a white supremacist gang and a primarily African American gang broke out around 11:45 a.m. in the high-security area of the Coleman Federal Correctional Complex, which sits on 1,600 acres and as of 2010 was the largest facility of its kind operated by the Bureau of Prisons.

Inmate Troi Venable, 39, was killed after being stabbed with a homemade knife.

Default Coleman 1 incident occurred in July

The news article linked seems to be miss-dated. The fight that killed one black inmate was on August 4, not in November. Coleman 1 has been on lock-down since then --- far too long to be humane.

"far too long to be humane."

How do you think it should have been handled?

As a former BoP inmate, I can honestly tell you that not all BoP inmates are humane or even understand the concept of humane.

I am NOT saying the BoP does everything just right, but I am saying there are inmates that have no ethics or morals.
