Question Is the Building & Tier Required at Sussex CI?

I just had a question about writing my fiance, who is currently housed in Sussex Correctional Institution. His sentencing isn't for another two weeks, and he was just picked up a couple of days ago for a technical violation of probation. I'm extremely eager to write him as soon as I can.

While looking for info in a few places, I've seen that Building & Tier is required in the mailing address. However I'm afraid I don't know what it is. While asking around, I also heard that even without Building & Tier it's fine and can still reach him.

Just wondering, is it possible it could still reach him without or do I really need to include that?

I would think that you can get one letter through without that info. Then when he mails you back, you'll have the info. DOCs know that at the time of the first letter no one knows that info.
