Question Military general court martial- check yes for felony on job applications?

I'm trying to figure out whether I need to check "yes" for being convicted of a felony on job applications in the state of Florida.
I was convicted of making a false official statement. I understand that in general, if the punishment could have resulted in over one year confinement, it translates to a felony in the civilian world, BUT, it can vary by state. Is there a reference I can check to find out if there are any states where this crime is not considered a felony?
I haven't been able to find an answer on any Florida government sites, and my military lawyer doesn't know the answer. Thank you for your help.

It would depend on what kind of Court Martial and discharge.
