Default Ohio supervising Virginia probation with violation

Our daughter was convicted of 2 felonies in Va. she was sentenced to 6 years , but was released after a year and extradited to Ohio to face a felony charge, she was sentenced to 3 years, but was released on probation after 1 year. Virginia agreed to have Ohio supervise her. She violated probation in Ohio and the judge sent her back to prison to serve the balance of her Ohio sentence. Va. now has a "notify" hold on her. To incarcerate her further in Va. would be a huge step backward for her recovery.

Question:
1) Can a Va. court date be scheduled with a bond set before she is released from Ohio?
2) An attorney said that since she did not commit a new crime- Va. may not extradite her. Is that possible?
3) Could someone contact Va. probation Dept. to see what they plan on recommending ?

Also she has paid all of her court costs and supervision fees in full in Va.

I'm not familiar with VA or OH, but I do want to welcome you to PTO

It sounds like VA is going to file for revocation....I highly doubt there will be a bond.

Pssible, but IMHO, not probable.

Yes, you can contact VA parole...probably best if can contact her VA PO if you have their contact info. They may or may not discuss the particulars with you, but you can call.

There are all just my best guesses. I do hope things work out for your daughter!
