Arrow How to, pull your friends credit

Hello PTO. We may be moving in a friend on a trial basis to then became a real legl renter. They would have their own quarter plus T been thinkin bout expanding into -the landlord business. However first and foremost we would want the credit report , does anyone know how a private individual can get the score and so forth???

I used Experian Connect at first, which is about $15 but I allowed my most recent tenants to use Credit Karma and they just showed me on their phones. I did that because I knew them prior to renting so I knew the profiles they showed me were their own.

If I rent to someone I don’t know I’d use Experian Connect again.

Frankly I don't think you have the legal right to pull anyone's credit. They have to agree and sign a waiver. So if your trying to do this under the radar you can but running peoples credit can negatively affect their credit and you had better have your ass covered legally for doing it.

If they are your friend, they could pull their yearly free one for you and show it to you. This way no one has to spend money.

If you are going into it as a business though, I would find out the answers to the other questions.
