Default Grants or loans in New Jersey to assist released inmates

So my boyfriend wants me to look up and see if new Jersey offers and sort of grants or financial help for someone that did 12 yrs....has anyone heard of anything like that?

Yes, he can get a pell grant (federal, not state specific) amongst other state level offerings. Have you tried googling? Its very readily available information.

You might want to contact your small business advisory board about that. Some cities have small business loans that they can push through, but I don't know if they'd allow former felons to participate in the program.
