Default Why no court dates yet?

So my man was picked up on 5/8/19 on a parole violation warrant. He's been sitting in coffee county jail since. May 30 they said his sentence was a dunk. He still hasn't done that and we have no date of when that will start. While sitting, his grandmother pressed charges for illegal use of credit/debit card. Bond was set at $7500. Still sitting. No court dates. I did hear that in AL a grand jury meets in Sept to see if they have enough against him to try him for the credit card charge. How long can they hold him on parole violation until Baldwin county picks him up for dunk? Why are no court dates set? Why is he still sitting?

Alabama parole violations are explained in Alabama Code Title 15. Criminal Procedure § 15-22-32. Here's a link to the actual law from findlaw.com. https://codes.findlaw.com/al/title-1...-15-22-32.html

The chance of him possibly being charged with new crimes may also delay the parole violation hearing, and he will remain in custody until that hearing.

Thank you. However, Central records is saying his parole was reinstated back on 6/11 and that his new EOS is 6/24/2020. Ok so he's still sitting...
