Default Monies moved from DOC to community corrections

When an offender gets accepted to community corrections from DOC, what happens to the money in their account? Does the community corrections keep it and disperse it as necessary or needed?

I would think the hell not. That's the inmate's money. It isn't for everybody else. I know in this state, when an offender is moved, his money goes with him.

The offender can either send it home or donate it to the facility as a "loaner" tv for those that don't have a tv.
