Default Parole Violation 2nd time need advise

My BF is locked up here in Ma for a pv in Ky and will be headed back there. He came home in August, I thought he'd be home for good this time. He told me that his PO was going to realease him from reporting because he did everything that he was suppose to do (completed sap, reported each month, clean drug tests, got a job and returned on time upon a 7day out of state pass).

I'm not sure why this is happening, I'm starting to wonder if my bf just lied to me or if this is just a mistake on the PO's part.
I need to know what the usual punishment is for a 2nd time pv in ky. and what to expect.

He'll be headed back to Ky on the 20th (his next court date).

Ahhhh Kathie, I'm so sorry!

Yep, been there done that. He'll have a Parole Revocation Hearnig in front of an Administrative Judge. Evidently there are multiple violations and/or new charges
Are there any new charges? Or are they technical violations only?

Hi Patch .... as far as I know, there's nothing new. I think it's technical violations.
Since he's been home, things were going very well for us.

Should he have recieved discharge papers from the PO??

He only would have received discharge papers if he completed his parole time. Not just a change from supervised to unsupervised. Good luck.

For technical violations, he'll first be revocated (or not) by the Administrative Judge. After that hearing, if revoked, he'll see the PV Board and they'll either re-parole him or give him a flop of so many months. So there is the chance of being released on parole now, or in the next year or so...

Ok, thank you for the info. The Ky "marshall" will be bringing him back there. Is my bf going to be held responsible for restitution??
