Default best route

okay I know this. When I 1st did this in Jan. I was new to all this too. I live up in Hawley area. IE north Pocono's. Take the pa turnpike to route 309, it's near Allentown. Take 309 south to I think it is Rt 63, you will know because it's right by a mall. You turn in between a Mc donnalds and a Wendy's. You will see the mall across the street and right next to where you turn. you will be making a right. Follow that till you get to rt 29. Take a left on to 29 south. Dounkin dougnuts on cornor. You are on 29 south quite a bit, through several small towns like 25 miles or so I think. When you see a big greenhouse on your right, you are almost to the road for the prision, there is a pub across the street. The enerance road will be on your left. Then just drive straight up that road. That is the easiest route I found, and trust me i tried several. If you take the turnpike all the way down then you have to do this weird jog thing on like 10 roads and the traffic is always a mess. This is a little more of a counrty route, but it's easy and I never hit any traffic even during rush hour. Any more questions let me know. Don't wear an underwire bra and wash your hands as soon as you get there before security and you should be fine. They are pretty cool there in the visiting area. I never had any problems. Good Luck and enjoy your visit. My b/f is now in Frackville, closer to you.

I reread this, I thought it was Graterford. Forget the directions, I have never been to Camp Hill.

Take I-81 south. As you appraoch HBG, stay LEFT and merge onto I-83 at EXIT 70, toward "York / South Harrisburg". After 10 miles, exit at 40B for New Cumberland. Immediately turn RIGHT onto Carlisle Road. In 1.2 miles, turn LEFT onto Lisburn Road. After 3/4 mile, bear RIGHT to stay on Lisburn Road. The prison is on Lisburn Road and you can't miss it.

BTW, it is approx. 110 miles from Wilkes Barre.
