Default Warrant help!

My boyfriend is in Farmington right now because he got sentenced to a 120 for probation violation. But he also has a warrant for back child support. Casenet says his bail is 3500 surety or 10% cash bond. I am curious does anyone know if I have the 10% if they will be able to deny me bailing him out and hold him longer??? the warrant is out of pettis county Missouri. Is there any way I can take care of warrant before he gets out of Farmington so we do not have to deal with that after he gets home.

Call Pettis county and ask if there are any restrictions on who can post his bail.

Many jails generally have someone working the bonding desk that can answer the question...so start with the jail and they will refer you elsewhere if it isn't their office that handles the processing of bonds.
