My boyfriend was just transferred to the Lockhart unit, he has been doing really good! IS this a good thing? He comes up for Parole in September, hopefully sooner, his projected release date is 11-11-12. Is there a chance that he can get out sooner? Please help, I am ready for him to be out of jail!

I was on the female side at Lockhart for over a year and just got released Nov 30th. The women are not pre-release like the men. I personally thought that Lockhart was the best unit I had been to out of the 4 womens units I had been housed at during my incarceration.

Is I difficult to make parole at Lockhart? My wife is there and is scheduled for a parole hearing in July.
