Exclamation Problem with on-line release dates

The last on-line update seems to have caused a problem with release dates!!

Couple of people posting about thier dates changing (for seemingly no reason) so I decided to check mine too. Mine to was moved out 3 months -- I called time-comp to verify and they have the original date !! My heart is still going a hundred miles an hour ... I'm down to three week for goodness sake!!!

Head up to faint of heart

Can either of you please give me the number for time comp? My husbands was changed from 6/20/13 to 2/22/14 yikes! Fort Grant confirmed his original release date but I'd rather call time comp next time TIA!

My son's was moved out by 14 months! I sure hope it is not true. What a heartache if I have to tell him they added more time.

I sent an e-mail, but I will call on Monday.

Mine says that he gets released in May of 2013, and it has always been June 2013... so I don't know what that's all about.. but I wouldn't mind if this was true in my case lol!

Just wondering if anyone knows if they are going to fix the web site? Did anyone get a reason why this has happened?

Same with me! He's supposed to be out in 2 weeks and they just added 2 YEARS! I of course saw this today on a Sunday when I can't reach anyone. I almost threw up. I'm a little relieved to see this happened to others and a friend of mine confirmed it's a glitch but holy crap!

I hear you !!! Congrats on just 2 weeks left - where is your countdown?

When I called timecomp and said that others where also posting the same .. she seemed disinterested and never said why - when /if they would fix it.

Yes when I received a return email she seemed annoyed. And retorted with

” his projected release date is 7/2/12, just as it was when you contacted me in April.”

Well excuuuuuuuse me. Yes I realize it's not her job to be nice to me, but geeez. My husband is being released via interstate compact so I kinda need to make sure I'm not flying home alone. Crikey.

Thanks for the congrats. Looks like we're just a couple days away from each other.

I wonder if you might have the phone number or the e-mail address that i could call to check on this?

psoto@azcorrections.gov is where I sent the email. I will say she's quick to respond and anymore it seems easier to get an email when conducting business than receiving a return phone call, altho upon checking my missed calls it seems she attempted to call me as well.

Thanks, one more question and I promise I won't bother you again.

Who is she? Who do I address the e-mail to and do I just need to give his basic info. like # and name/facility?

Default time comp question

Im still confused...my son was in county almost year before being sent to yard. My question is the 85% off the whole 5 year sentence or just off time he is actually in prison? Does county get deducted then 85% of the time left????

If the sentence is 5 years, that's basically 1825 days. 85% is 1551 days. Do 6 days, get credit for 7 days, so every year, earn 52 days ERC.

When he was sentenced, his paperwork will give "pre-sentence incarceration credit" of "x" number of days. You can search for this sentencing paperwork on http://apps.supremecourt.az.gov/publicaccess/

Find the case, scroll down to sentencing date and pull up the minutes and you can print up his sentencing paperwork.

Just an fyi....this is a good place to go, when your loved one "needs papers" when he arrives to the yard. When Paul arrived he needed to "prove" what his crime was to the "head". So I printed up his sentencing paperwork and mailed it to him.

Also if your son was sentenced for 5 years, you can basically take the day he arrived in county and calculate 1551 days later.

http://www.timeanddate.com/date/duration.html has a number of good calculators to figure out times.

Hope that helps.
