Do inmates at the training center in Oklahoma have phone privliges?

Are the inmates that go to the trainng center in Oklahoma before being sent to their final destination allowed phone calls or visits?

You can make phone calls and I believe close family can visit, as long as they're on your pre-sentencing form.

The reference is to the Presentence Investigation Report that shoud list immediate family. These individuals will should also have visiting privleges when the inmate gets to his final destination.

Can he get visits in the transfer center in Oklahoma?
