Thank YOU for posting!! NWCX Site 2 is also still on lockdown. NWCX DID have visitation this past weekend although it was unknown to those of us who keep track of the -- TDOC/CoreCivic dramatics... I did not know of visit UNTIL after. Unusual because..... Anyways, I was told yesterday that NWCX would be off this L/D today --- NOPE. Won't go into the truth as to why. Has NOTHING to do with the main reason. Yesterday I was told it would be off today.... NOPE. I will be nice and say MAYBE tomorrow... or not. There are a lot of changes happening re: Wardens right now. Basically, there is a lot of lower ranks in "Acting" positions set on neutral right now. PLEASE all of you family/friends keep your info coming.

Has anyone contacted the authors of the article to let them know that the article is incorrect? That the DOC's statement wasn't entirely factual?

I have not. At Turney Center apparently as of yesterday, they are beginning to come off lockdown gradually. They are now go out for meals and out for about 2 hours.

Yes I did 2 days in a row. Nothing from it. NWCX site 2 started letting them out for meals in pods & about an hour of out of cell. They did call gym time while we were talking at 7:15 PM.
