I know in Arizona everything is online. I am trying to find out if someone was arrested for tax fraud, but I keep searching online and cannot find public records. Maybe they don't exist?
PACER is the federal reporting system. You have to sign up with a credit card and it can be a little tricky to use. You can check names by court district or country wide. It costs 8 cents a page, and would probably be under a dollar to look at the entire docket in an individual case. http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/

Have you tried the IRS website. I've seen several on that site.
