what is the crime if i may ask...they are all there for criminal conviction...This is a very touchy subject...I cant say what right or wrong...but another person said...its best to leave it up to the other inmates...its their lodge not ours and we cant really say whom should attain...I'm sorry, I cant help you...did he file a 602(?,i think that wat they call it)...or even gone to the Correctional Native American Spiritual Advisor?

His ex girlfriend accused him of rape but when it came to court the evidence was inconclusive

I agree with tluna. It's up to them if they don't want his energy in that inipi. Just because evidence was inconclusive doesn't mean he didn't do it. Maybe that is how the other inmates view it. He should just pray on this if he truly didn't do it.

Im a white man, but I was allowed to sweat with the natives every Sunday because....well because..... they liked hanging around me.....it's entirely up to them who they allow in their.
