Default Can / will ES start even though he is still sitting in county?

If one was sitting for a revocation and that is about done but caught new charges that are already county for time served. When does the ES start for first sentence. Will it start when he is done with that sentence even though he is still sitting?

that will depend on the new sentencing. An order will normally flat out say if time will be concurrent or consecutive. I believe in general, time for revocation is stand alone and not counted since it is administrative not a judicial court.

I don't think ES will start while he is sitting - if it wasn't spelled out at the hearing you might want to check with your attorney. Another option is to call the office that will be handling his ES and check with them - sometimes they are helpful and, unfortunately, sometimes they are not.
