Default Stuck in PC!

My husband is in Lower Buckeye jail in PC. The Judge said that he could do work release Monday thru Friday for child support. He got to the actually jail last Friday and was put in PC because he was a police officer. He refused to go there so that he could be in general population to get work release. The officers keep throwing away his request to get reassigned to general population. What do I do? What can I tell him to do? Please help!

Default Money

Til we come up with $24,000 for child support. The judge said that he could get out for work release but he is stuck in private custody, so he needs to get in general population to be even looked at for work release.
