Welcome to PTO! You’ve come to the right place for comfort and support. Patchouli gave some really good advice by asking those in the Federal forum. There are cases when a judge allows "Self Surrender" for the offender to tie-up some loose ends. Depends on the judge, circumstances and how often he or she has been ripped off. Believe it or not, there have been some that have not shown up on their surrender date! That can be a serious (added) charge of escape. Hopefully it will work out for you and the judge grants your request. Here is another link from the PTO Forums; Headed to Prison.

You need to have your attorney ask for it. If the AUSA doesnt oppose and depending on the charges, the judge can grant SS. Since it appears you are currently out awaiting sentencing, chances are pretty good
