Default Getting approved to visit at Victorville with a federal felony?

Has anyone been through the approval process with a federal felony of your own? Any help on what it takes to get approved with this would help.

I have not, but I think it would require a few special circumstances. Can you tell us about yours? Maybe someone can give you more accurate information. If you have family in there, I'd think the process would be less "complicated".

Sorry for the delayed answer!

If you are totally off paper, no parole or probation lingering and your felony didn't include promoting prison contraband or the like you should be able to apply, be truthful on the application, and be approved.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm not off paper... I'm on administrative. I have an unusually long probation period of 10 years. My husband is working on getting a "special visit" approved for us but I'm not sure that's gonna work out. He seems to think it will. Otherwise I have 3 more years until the prosecutor will support me getting off probation early and the jusg isn't going to do it without that. It's a shitty situation...
