Solitary confinement act

On the 10th of July governor Murphy finally signed the bill towards the justice reform. Solitary confinement will be limited to 20 days and 30 days within a 60 day period. Inmates will go through a phycological evaluation before and after and they are not allowed to throw them in the hole for no reason! Finally something is towards the better. I just hope he signs the 65% for all as well!
