How to send paper and envelopes to inmate in TDCJ?
Sorry if this has been answered before. I was curious about approved vendors to send an inmate paper and envelopes like maybe Office Depot, Staples or Amazon. Is there a certain type of paper/envelope I should get? Obviously he is in TDCJ, Michael unit. I appreciate any input.
Stationery is writing paper and envelopes, to
include carbon paper. Stationery may be
provided though the indigent correspondence
supply program or purchased through the unit
commissary by the offender and offender
families or friends through the eCommDirect
program.

You can’t send any writing supplies. If they don’t have money for commissary, they’ll provide it. If they do, they can buy it or get it in their quarterly e-comm package.
