Victim impact statements often become part of the official transcript of a sentencing proceeding. Usually the judge (at least in this state) allows the victims to speak up and/or submit a statement. You can make a public document request for the transcript.

I think I used the wrong term. I mean like parole protest letters. Are those given to parole officers or do they have the ability of sharing those with parolees?

You mean to have them stay in their longer the parole officer at the prison will have them at the PRISON if he's still there if he's home i don't think that the parole officers have the statement they just no the charge of the crime
If you are uncomfortable, call and talk to the agency about your concerns and find out their procedure for confidentiality.
This way you can discuss with someone who knows policy of your state.

Do parole officers have access to and/or share victim impact statements with offenders?
Any support or protest information, including victim protest that a Parole Officer or the Parole Board receives is considered confidential, and placed into the Offenders file. It is not to be shared and if a public information request is made, it will be denied.
