Default To all the Sex offender..please vote on this.

We all need to hit this OPPOSE button.
This will be a day for day incarceration for any sex offender. At least now in most states you can apply for some kind of relief. Ohio has Judicial Release, other states have straight parole. Pass this one on to everyone you know, nip this one in the bud. You can use your Google account to log in for this. Your phone number can be 999-999-9999 and it is required. This bill will negate these early release options at the FED level, and then will be able to trickle down to states easier then. This is very easy to do. We need to send a message to Congress.

H.R. 578: No Parole for Sex Offenders Act

112th Congress: 2011-2012
55% For
45% Against
Hit the "Speak Up at POPVOX" button, then oppose it.

To ensure that sex offenders and sexually violent predators are not eligible for parole.
Sponsor: Rep. Ben Chandler [D-KY6]

Status: This bill is in the first step in the legislative process. Explanation: Introduced bills and resolutions first go to committees that deliberate, investigate, and revise them before they go to general debate. The majority of bills and resolutions never make it out of committee. [Last Updated: Feb 15, 2011 6:14AM]

Thanks, MOMtoSRS!
I just voted "OPPOSED' to this bill and received the following message:

You nudged the pie chart in your direction by about one percent!

Current stats: 47% Support and 53% Oppose

Peeps, it is so, so very important you make your voices heard on every level. I do not even know how to stress this strongly enough. If you or a LO ever has the unfortune of standing in front of a complete jackass of a judge, do not complain to me about that judge if you failed to vote. Your absent and silent voice in the voter booth will echo just as "loudly" in the court room.

Thanks, again, Mom.

I am not and do not have a SO but I opposed vote for yall, I know from being in prison there are a lot of classified SO and it is a very innocent crime. Like viewing porn, consential sex (until charges get filed and then the victim says it wasnt consential) just being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I would not want to see anyone even if they truly committed a crimes after they serve their time not be eligible for parole. When I voted for Arkansas (13 users) 8% support and 90% oppose. Hope this helps
