Default Seagoville Inmate's Lawsuit

My LO has asked me to look into the progress of the FCI Seagoville inmate' s class action lawsuit. Seagoville, as you know, held the highest number of Covid-19 cases. He has heard that action is being taken...just not how far they've progressed?
Hoping to hear from anyone, with a LO at Seagoville, to find out how this is progressing!
Thanks for any/all insights!

You can look it up on Pacer. I'm assuming the ACLU is involved and probably have info on their web site or in an email.

There is a law firm, in California, that is putting this together.
