Default Need info about St Tammy work release

I am trying to find out any information bout the St. Tammy work release program .. My husband was just transferred there an I am curious .. If any one has any information it would be greatly appreciated..

I found this basic information. However, the news in this area is not good right now. An inmate walked off the job and kidnapped his girlfriend, so now they are shutting work release down. Nobody knows what is going to happen from here.

There are two work release facilities in St Tammany. North Shore in Covington has been shut down and those inmates were moved back to the parish jail. The other work release is in Slidell and remains open. The only thing I really know about the facility is where to call to set up an account to receive calls, 800-849-6081 is the number to call.
