Default Receiving Unwanted Letters From Other Inmates Under Son's Name

Please help me understand. I have received two letters stating they arefrom my son, but they are not his writing or his manner of speaking. They are clearly from some other inmate who has obtained my adress. The last letter asked that I write to another inmate. I am concerned now that my son is not receiving my letters or is being forced to give up his family's address info. I don't understand or know what is going on. Is it possible that the mail guards are providing address info to other inmates? I just have no idea what is happening. My son has been moved to a private-industry facility. Can someone please answer my questions about this mail problem I now find myself confused about. Thank you Community, I love and appreciate you all. Signed, Confused and worried.

I would be calling up to that prisons mail room and start there. Anything is possible. However, when concerned people on the outside start calling they don't like that to much so they will look into this. Its a privacy concern.

I completely agree, contact the mailroom at the prison and let them know what is going on. They will look into it for you.
