Default Any other runners on here?

My morning run is probably my best way of coping with the stress and sadness of having my fiance away. I'm able to clear my head while doing something good for my health (physically and mentally). Sure it's not always pretty or that enjoyable, but majority of the time I feel much better after a run. My fiance even started running when he has yard time

Anyone else run? Or do another sport/exercise/activity?

Same here. No running in the morning but treadmill and workout in a studio. It clears my head, gives me energy and at the same time calms me down.

I dont run but I regulary use a cross trainer and excercise bike the endophins released by excercise can make you feel a lot calmer and happier and can increase your energy levels.

Any movement really is good for both the body and mind! At the juvenile detention center where I intern we have a yoga class for the kids which a lot have responded positively to!

Lol sleep and rest are good for you too! Luckily there are lots of other ways to exercise other than running It's actually good to switch up your workouts so you don't get bored or burnt out.

I can't run to save my life so first thing in the morning I got and use the treadmill then I do weights before bed.
