I'm headed to Alderson, on Nov, 21. For 2 months and 15 days. What am I to expect from that little bit of time, and will I have to do it, or is it a such thing as a turn around in federal prison?
There is no "turn around" in the federal system so you will do the 2 months and 15 days. Halfway house time on sentences under 6 months is not likely.
My advice to you is not to talk about how short your sentence is with other inmates since most will have much longer ones. Do that and you will be accepted and fit right in.
Hey I SS 12/7 to Alderson, you have to do all your time unless otherwise specified in your sentencing judgement. If the sentence is less than a year you have to do all the time. If the sentence is a year and a day or longer you serve 85% of that time.
