Riverside County Jail Early Releases?

Anyone have any information on early releases out of Riverside County Jail?

Friend is looking at a possible 120-180 jail sentence (3rd DUI, possible DUI probation violation) which goes down to half, correct?

We both have a friend who did time at the Indio facility years back. Supposedly, they did not give him early release (DUI probation)

He has court tomorrow and wants to know how much of that sentence he will really be serving, if he is not allowed any ANY sort of alternative.

How much time did he have to serve? I have to go in for 45 days and wondering how much of that time I will actually serve for a misdemeanor disturbing the peace charge

my husband is in Riverside County right now and he says they are doing 1 for 3
