Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Palmer Medium Correctional Centre

Hi I am new to the Forum, my brother in law has been in Anchorage for 18 months and following sentencing has been sent to Palmer. Does anyone know what it's like there, whether they get out and about at all, fresh air outside and also it is possible to send books to inmates. Many thanks.
