Default Absconded Parole Max end date changed

Hey guys. Iíve never done this before forewarning. Iím 9 months pregnant too so Iím a little scatterbrain.

My husband was released Jan 2018 with a year of parole. April 2018 he went on the run. He was pulled over Nov 28 2018 and hereís where my nightmare starts.

We had a baby apt that day and then that was the last Iíve heard from him. We have our locations turned on for this reason so I was able to track his phone. Abandoned truck with all his property in it. Neighbors told me cops arrested the owner of this car due to a traffic stop.

Well, he never showed up on like google.com inmate search because from what Iíve gathered, when itís no new charges, he doesnít go to county he goes to Alhambra to since he had a warrant and absconded. So I check the doc website and there was an admitting date of 11/28/2018. Max end date was showing as 8/7/2019.

I checked today and the max end date was now 3/16/2020. Iím so confused, can someone tell me, if he went on the run in April, Iíve heard theyíll only make him serve his parole time. Why has it increased a 1.3 years?

Anyone know when heíll be able to write or how long it takes for him to be placed? Can someone fill me in on what i can expect?

Iím so worried and sad, please help.

Ness

Do he owe back time from previous sentence? Was he released early?

The only sentence was the one they let him off with a year of parole to end Jan 2019.

Thank you for asking this question bc I have the same fear so I would like to know too also does anyone know would a persons time make a difference if it’s parole or probation that they are back in for?? God hate even having to think or worry about this...

He doesn't get any credit for the absconded time. So his new date should calculated from the date he absconded plus whatever time he had left to serve. Nothing between April and November count for anything except to be added to his time.

Ok... So he should just have to finish the parole he previously had... BUT Arizona adds to it. (I think. My ex always picked up new charges) Look at what they are showing as his release date.

He will go up a level in custody, so if he was min, he will go up to med. It shouldn't take long to place him and he should be able to write as soon as he gets store.

Thank you guys! The not knowing was killing me. So his dead time plus owed time. So he won’t see a judge or anything for sentencing what’s next once he moves? Does all that time and then they give a release date? You guys think he’ll be able to get the parole board after they violated?

Does anyone know how fast mail is running from there?

Also, does anyone know if we can send pictures?

Yes. You can send pics. Any word on the sentence? Also, you by no means have to answer this but why didn’t he finish the parole? Was it too much pressure or too many impossible requirements? I’m curious what the truth-in-sentencing parole looks like.

As of now it’s his dead time and his owed time. We don’t know much just yet.

Too many requirements. The classes he needed to go to were during the day and obviously being a felon is a lot for getting a job he didn’t want to add the random classes during the day. They told him he was on the list to move nights but he waited on that list for 4 months before he went on the run.
