Default Recent senate bill in Arizona knocks 90 days off?

Has anyone heard of a recent bill that just passed that makes you potentially eligible to reduce your sentence by 90 days? (I think itís posession related) My LO said his counselor told him that but Iím searching and canít find anything? Wondering if heís confused about the earned incentive- but he knew of that when he was sentenced. I donít want him to get his hopes up if itís not true.
