I'M 5'8' and about 165 now... is that too much? I have no clue. I feel fat like the people featured on "My 600 lbs life"... it's mybelly plus I'm muscular because I work out... I have no clue, I wish I was 14 again and skinny...

Is that too much? Girl, please! Only if you think it is. I am 5'3" and, according to my lying scales say I weight 209.

I bet everyone else thinks you are find just as you are. You know, we are our own worst enemy.

I'm very small boned and short only 5'2'. Because of stomach issues I was on a steroid feeding bag for like 4 months and I can't seem to get back to normal. I thought of those shots but I have enough health problems that I doubt the drs will do it.
What shots?

I see all the keto stuff and the this and that stuff. I just do what I have found is right for me...which is I only eat when I am hungry, I try to fill at least half my plate with veggies, limit sweets and sodas. and try to get some exercise.

Good Morning! I just started a weight loss program this morning. When I moved out here to Amarillo, I moved with no friends or family, so decided yesterday to join a crossfit challenge at a local gym. I'm 5'6" and weight about 185lbs. Doctor says I need to lose at least 20lbs to come off insulin altogether, so hopefully this helps.

However after this mornings workout I really think that man was trying to kill me. But it's only 6 weeks, I can do anything for 6 weeks.

If we can live with a LO in DOC, we can do ANYTHING! It has been a week since I "officially" weighed in.....but, I am having some issues with fluid retention, so I can not get an accurate weight right now to see how I am doing. lol
