Default I'm a convicted felon will i be able to visit!

I was convicted of a drug possession charge last June and recieved 2years probation. My boyfriend of 2 1/2 years ended up getting federally indicited. He was sentenced 2 weeks ago to 160 months to El Reno, OK. The judge is letting him self-surrender on Sept. 12. We are expecting a baby boy Sept. 3. Well i be approved to visit him? We are not married. I've really been stressing out about all of this but i'm finally realizing its going to be just as hard on him as it will be on me! Can anyone HELP? Thanks

I'm not sure I know when I went to see my man a while back, there was a guy in there who could'nt visit because he was a convicted felon.

you need to call the facility he is in for assistance. They have the guidelines.

He's going to be doing Federal time so that would be the place to ask. As for county, I doubt it but then things may have changed in the last 7 years since I dealt with Nebraska on visits.
