Warren Correctional (NC) newbie needs info

Anyone have loved ones at Warren Correctional, but my brother just got there, close to 60 yrs old. Terrified. Gangs threatening him. Does NC have protected yards for at risk populations? Some states and SNY, Sensitive Needs Yards, so at risk not mixed in with general population. Does NC have anything like this? It's there any good liaison with that prison or NC State for family members to contact with concerns? An ombudsman??? Any inside info would be very helpful. Thanks
