Default Release type "REC.FM.OVCROWDG" What does it mean?

Can someone tell me what this means?... Under where it says release type it shows "REC.FM.OVCROWDG" It also says not eligible for TR. I was told he was eligible cause the plea was a non dangerous, non repetitive disorderly conduct. It also says his release date is 8/2/18 but flat Max is 10/6/18. What's the difference? TIA

You may find answers in the Arizona prison forums

or from the clerk of your closest state court. Overcrowding can sometimes result in an early release from jail/prison (at least it does in California, after court rulings) or a transfer to a different, less crowded one.

It seems like it says that on everyone at some point. It usually just means that they have been transferred from county to Alhambra or from a prison to another prison due to overcrowding.

FYI - DOC has a disclaimer that what they post on the site isn't necessarily accurate. Assuming their calculations are cirrect, his earliest date of release is August 2nd. That will be his date he gets out of no problems arise. Az for many charges requires he serve 85% of his sentence. His sentencing order would list that. But if he is required, under the terms of his plea or type of crime or other circumstances, to serve every day straight time then his release date wouldn't be until October 6.

What does REC.FM.OVCROWDG mean? I went to check more info on boyfriend's inmate record. This is the only thing that changed on the record. Can someone tell me what it means? He has been in Alhambra since Friday. thank you for any response.

I think it's what it shows when they are received from county. Nothing to worry about.
