Default Consequences, ordering a package under another inmate's number

Question: my fiancé has depleted his ecomm store quarterly amount so he asked me to purchase items under another inmates number that has funds available for him using our card. Can he get caught doing this and if so can he get in trouble, and what are the consequences for something like that? I mean I may be stating the obvious, but aren’t they in there because they have trouble following rules? And, if that’s the case shouldn’t they be following the rules if the program is working for them? Just sayin...

Yes, he could get caught....yes, he could get in trouble. I'm not familiar with Texas, but best guess is he could go the Hole for a while and lose all privileges. I would think you could also get into trouble. He knows this, or he should know.

He can get in trouble, the other offender can get in trouble and you can be permanently removed from the visitation lists for facilitating the violation of rules.

So unless he does not give a damn about parole and you don't give a damn about contact with him, don't do it.

And yes, there ARE people whose sole task is looking for precisely these sorts of transactions.
