Default Pro- rated time after a d.r./violation

My man's dateis showing 4 months from now as a release date but he said his classification officer told him he could get out by sept. If he didnt get in any more trouble.

I say more b/c his date has been pushed back so far to november b/c he got 2 violations in the last six months. Has anyone had a loved one make it home earlier and given some of their gain time back upon review?? I hope this happens. I'm so ready for him to come home.

Depending on each system's rules, it is possible to have lost gain time reinstated.

Here in NC inmates are eligible to earn back lost gain time but it really depends on your state. Go to Google and look up your states doc handbook reguarding gain time and you will find your answer there.
