Default Arkansas Prison Time?

I am having a hard time finding any information on actual time to serve in Prison. My husband is at Cummins, He recieved a 10 year sentence, his intake date 10/14/2011 TE date on website says 12/25/2016 which is over the 50% it should show. The public defender he had said he wouldn't serve but 6-8 months if he pled guilty and accepted the 10 year. We are so scared and confused any help would be greatly appreciated...

It appears he was sentenced on the 1/2 instead of the 3rd. Meaning he will serve 2.5 years on a 10 yr sent. I was sent to 10 on the 3rd and my te after I got my class1 moved up to be 20 months. I did boot camp and so I got out in 9months.

Once he gets class 1 that is with all good time applied. The only way he can get meore time off is to take classes that deduct time.

Default my son is in cummins unit

I hear they have to serve 75% of sentence. But if class one status they can earn 8-10
days amonth for good time credit.Class 2 they get 4-6 good time days a month.
Then for each program they comeplete, mainly educational they get additional credit.
So god willing they don't get in trouble they can cut consid
erable time off. If this isn't a lie

Depending on charges.... Non Violent or Violent is percentage served.
My friend was sentenced @ 70% because his was aggravated robbery.
And according to ADC's Dana Tyler he gets NO Goodtime credit what so ever being charged with 70% rule.
